And there’s something more to add to this. Petyr is a malicious manipulative bastard, a murderer and liar and yes he only chases Sansa, at least in the beggining, because she reminds him of Catelyn. However, Sandor is a murderer with little sense of justice of right or wrong. Yes he might have saved Sansa but then so did Petyr. And Sandor did kill Mycah a 8 year old boy, cut him into pieces and handed him to his father.
So no neither of them are good people, neither of them are ideal to Sansa, neither of them will have a healthy relationship with her. But the argument: “oh but Petyr is evil” doesn’t really work here either.
